Draft of Chapter 46 of Sophie’s Planet is available here for fact checking.  The U.S. Constitution aims to “…secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity…”.  Young people and posterity cannot vote – they depend upon the Judiciary to protect their rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  Does the Judiciary understand the climate situation and its implications?  Have we scientists presented the full story?
