Firefighters battle south coast blaze into the night – in pictures

Just before Christmas, Horsley Park RFS firefighters Andrew O’Dwyer and Geoffrey Keaton were killed while working at the Green Wattle Creek fire when a tree fell in the path of their truck causing it to roll. On Thursday the team worked through the night to protect homes from the Badja Forest Road fire, north of Bermagui.
